Shell Hanan Photo Logo

Napa photographer Shelly Hanan wanted a logo that combined the whimsical “shell” element of her name with the concept of photography. The swirl pattern on a shell that echoes the shape of an aperture seemed like the natural fit. I further enhanced her brand by introducing a font that echoes her handwriting and adding a dreamy color palette that matches the otherworldly feel of her photos.
